Greg Johnston BE (Electronics) MBA FAICD, Managing Director, has many years of relevant business experience within the communications industry and the resources sector. Greg previously held the positions of Business Planning Manager, WMC St Ives Gold, and Registered Mine Manager, Junction Gold Mine, he has also held a number of Business Planning roles within Alcoa and WMC. In addition to his in-depth understanding of the complexities of the mining industry he also has extremely strong process analysis and process design skills.

Russell Jones BE (Electronics) and Chris Bargh BE (Electronics), who have a combined software development expertise of almost 40 years, provide the deep technology skills. Russell's strength is in
network management software, integration and communications. Chris' strength lies in developing software for modelling, communications and electronic security. Chris' superior technology skills are also augmented by his business acumen, having started a modelling software company in Belgium some 12 years ago.

Phil Harman (Non Executive Chairman & Specialist Technology Advisor). Phil was the chief technology officer for London listed Dynamic Digital Depth (DDD) and manages an R&D team in Perth. One of Phil's principal roles at DDD was management of the company's intellectual property portfolio. Phil has contributed to the development of over 100 new technology products during his career and has co-founded an electronics and communications company. Phil's experience with cutting edge technology and intellectual property management has assisted XempleX to define its technology and development strategy.
