XempleX does not track visitors or collect cookies on our Web site. Our site captures limited information about visits to our site. We use this information only to analyse traffic to the site.

Volunteered Information

Information regarding your name, email address, physical address and contact numbers is collected when you choose to download software from our site.  This information is used to assist us to track interest in our product. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose that information to third parties.

Information Collected

If you install software downloaded from our site usage is bound by the terms of our End-User License agreement.  This includes a clause that advises the user that the software will communicate with the XempleX Database License Server Application occasionally to validate its license.  The Software will transmit on occasion details on product usage including:

• Machine Name
• User Name
• No. of times software has been opened
• No. of times a model has been executed.
• No. of times a component has been created.
• Total time in minutes that the software has been open.
• Last date on which the software was opened.

This information is used for internal purposes to assist in developing an understanding of usage patterns.  It is also through this mechanism that XempleX can upgrade an evaluation license to a full version and offer the ability for users to license the software on a short term rental basis.
